This list released in 2016 is based upon contract obligations data from 2015. It is interesting that Humana cracked the top 9 as it is the only non-weapons systems provider on the list.
Supplying these companies requires in depth knowledge of the engineering, procurement and production life cycle that these contractors use when developing and selling weapons systems.
